Scrum haters!

Scrum framework is one of the popular Agile frameworks, updated by many organizations . Other Agile methodologies proved to be the right choice but in my point of view, Scrum is the most perfect one, wait till the end.

Here are many reasons why Scrum one of the best :

• Work is done by the development team simultanely rather than sequentially. Everything is changeable during the project life.
• Adaptability: Changes can be supported and integrated into a project currently in progress.
• The members interface closely and have the motto “one for all and all for one”.
• With the absence of the boss in the Scrum team so the Dev team dealing with the project as their own.
• There is customer satisfaction too. Because the team with the project’s iteration got their feedback and working on it.
